As an example, John Doe working in the department Mechanical Engineering will have email ID - john.doe@me.nitdgp.ac.in. The users must log in with their full Email-Id and password. The initial password is set as 'welcome' for all users. When a user logs in for the first time, he/she is prompted to set a new password. Now this password becomes private to the user even unknown to the administrator.
